We had a friend expose us to bed bugs. We didn’t have an infestation, but we also didnt want to wait to find out either. I called these guys, and Brice got us on the schedule for the very next day. He was patient, and answered all our questions. Helped clarify what needed to be done to prep for the heat treatment. Logan was assigned to help us. He was awesome! He just jumped right to work, and he did a walk through with me to make sure we had everything ready to go. He made sure to get each room to the right temperature. Answered all our (well mine 🤣) questions. He even came to the rescue when my cat ran back into the house. The cats were kind of a pain, but logan was very professional and helped keep them out of house.. Thank you guys so much for getting us taken care of so quickly.
